1. What is the maximum amount of sugar a person should consume each day?

25 grams for women, 37 grams for men. According to the American Heart Association, women should limit sugar intake to 25 grams and men should limit it to 37 grams per day.

2. True or False: Juicing is healthy.

It Depends. It is recommended to consume whole fruits and vegetables to access all the nutritional benefits. However some individuals who have difficulty chewing and swallowing would benefit from juicing to access some of the nutritional benefits.

3. Does sugar feed cancer?

No. The answer to this is complex. The short answer is no. Please refer to the article under question 2 for more information.

4. What is an example of a high-fiber food?

Beans.  A half-cup serving of black beans provide about 7.5 grams of fibers.

5. Is soy safe for women with breast cancer?

Yes, 2-3 servings of soy per day is recommended.
